All those happy to roll the tickets on to the new dates 21st-29th July 2021 next year you do not need to do anything else at all and we will roll the tickets over automatically on Friday 29th May 2020, those with monthly payment plans we have asked Liveit & Festicket to pause any monthly payments for now but these will carry on again from 1 Aug 2020 until completed.  Anyone who fails to complete the form below will automatically have their tickets rolled over to next year's event in 2021.

  If you are requesting a refund you will firstly need to find out which ticket company you purchased from, which will be in an email from the ticket company when you paid or began monthly payments.  Once you know the ticket company and ticket/order number you will need to complete the form below to begin the refund process.

Tickets for the Festival are only available from accredited ticket outlets.

Holders of tickets bought from any other outlets will be refused entry to the Festival, and no liability will attach to the Promoter in such event.

Admission to festival is only with a valid festival ticket, under 18 years need to be accompanied by a full paying adult.

Tickets are non-returnable. The performers and advertised attractions are subject to change, and no refunds will be offered if any performances are cancelled.

To discourage touting and protect the ticket price the Promoter requires each ticket has an allocated name, matching photo I.D. will be required on entry to the Festival. If you require a name change on a ticket please contact there will be a (To be confirmed) administration charge per name change. This service is at the discretion of the ticket outlet and may be refused at any time. This service wont be operated after Friday 8th July 2016

Tickets are resold entirely at the risk of the original and new bearers, the ticket outlet accepts no responsibility for problems arising from third party transactions.

Tickets are transferable for a wristband on arrival at the festival site, and there will be no automatic right of re-admission during the Festival should the wristband become lost or damaged.

No animals will be allowed on to the site during the Festival, with the exception of guide dogs.

The Promoter reserves the right to refuse admission to the Festival. There may be a random body search on admission policy in operation. It is a condition of entry to the Festival that you will submit to any reasonable search request.

Patrons will not be permitted entry to the Festival whilst in the possession of the following prohibited items: any professional audio, audio-visual, film, or video recording equipment, items that may be used in a dangerous or threatening manner, alcoholic drinks, cans, glass bottles, foodstuffs.

Illegal substances are strictly prohibited at the Festival. Any person found in possession of such substances will be denied entry and / or removed from the Festival, and Police will be called to attend.

Unauthorized photography or audio/video recording of any performance at the Festival is strictly prohibited. Persons attending the Festival may be filmed, photographed or recorded as part of the audience. This media is owned by SunceBeat Festival and may be used for any promotional material. By attending the event you give SunceBeat Festival the permission to use this media.

The Promoters cannot accept liability for any damages, loss or injuries sustained at the Festival, including loss or damage to property, howsoever caused.

Tickets are sold on the understanding that the event is subject to license from the appropriate authorities.

*If you have purchased any merchandise, this will posted asap and includes signed for postage to UK customers.
*If you have purchased a voucher, this will be emailed to you the day after purchase and can be used to redeem online against merchandise or tickets.


Boat Parties

  • You must have a SunceBeat Festival ticket to attend a boat party.
  • Tickets are limited to 10 per order, and you will have 12 minutes to complete the transaction before the tickets are re-released.
  • However, as there are only limited tickets per boat it is likely more than this number will be put in to baskets at exactly the same time. For this reason you may have tickets in your basket and yet the purchase doesn’t go through. We cannot avoid this unfortunately, we can only advise you complete your purchase as quickly as possible.
  • For the above reason have all names, at least one e-mail address and your payment details ready.
  • Full names and passport numbers must be provided at the point of purchase for every ticket.
  • Boat party tickets are non transferable – THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE.
  • Its is not possible to book more than 10 tickets under one name, if we find this is the case, we reserve the right to cancel the order and re-release the tickets for sale.
  • In the highly unlikely event that a boat party is cancelled due to poor weather conditions, the tickets are non refundable.
  • In order to board your boat every ticket holder will need to produce photographic I.D in their name – as you will likely be handing your passport in to your accommodation we advise you bring a photocopy with you. NO I.D, NO boat party.
  • Boats may arrive late back to the Jetty – if you are wishing to do more than one boat party in a day please leave at least one hour between arrival and departure times as boats will not wait for late passengers – SunceBeat accepts no responsibility if you do not make one or more of your boat parties due to the late running of others.
  • Do not buy tickets if you do not plan to attend the boat, you will simply be throwing money away!
  • Finally, all artists who play on a boat also play on land.

Campsite Pass

Campsite Passes are for one person
Price displayed is per person.
Each person must have his or her own camping pass with name and information

Podpads are for two persons.
Price displayed is per person.
A minimum two people are required for each booking

Check out: Before 12:00 Tuesday 8th September
The Octopads are available to Outlook customers until 12:00 Wednesday 9th September.
Any customers wishing to stay in the Octopads for this extra night will be required to pay a fee of 370 HRK on departure.

FATSOMA - Order reference (Customers can find this at and the User's Email.  With regards to the number on the ticket, this is called the Ticket Reference and this is always 16 numbers long. Letters will never appear in this. Each individual ticket will have it's own reference so it can be a little tricky using these when customers have purchased multiple tickets in the same order.  The order reference is aways 12 characters long and will be a combination of letters and numbers. This is for the order as a whole and will contain all the tickets for this order.
